About Us
International Education Advisory Centre (IEAC) Limited, situated in the Sino
Centre of Mong Kok, the most busiest district on the Kowloon peninsular, and
the On Hong Commercial Building in Wan Chai, is prided to own a 21 years of
serving history in the Education industry. With the aim to provide a more
convenient point of services to students on the Hong Kong Island side, the
centre opened its branch office in Wan Chai in year 2008 to take students
enquiries. The Advisory Centre offers a wide range of services at an
“one-stop” manner to students, the students who are dedicated to continue
their higher studies in the overseas. Mainstream customers that the advisory
centre handles include students from Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland of
China, and people from the workforce. The advisory centre offers free
consultation to students through advices giving by experienced professionals
in which students’ needs are totally being addressed. Analysis are
developed by center’s consultant through in-depth researching upon school
nature, course curriculums and related application process. In practice, the
advisory center provides services of visa applications, airport-pickups and
advance bookings for student accommodation. Once the students arrive their
designated countries, the advisory centre will retain close contacting with
school to monitor on student’s status in academic and personal-living
areas. In the case that parents require special assistance for their
children, the advisory centre would also facilitate the assistance by
contacting the school on an emergency basis to ensure student can study well
while parents’ worries are relived.
In order to enhance our quality of services, the advisory centre is
particularly segregated into four different departments, which are Overseas
Studies Consulting, Visa Application, Marketing, and Internal
Administration, each department only operates upon an area which the
department has specialized in its own, for maintaining the quality of the
advice being offered to parents and students – advice being given from the
centre are all developed by different consultant who are really experienced
and knowledgeable in his specialty areas. Each year, large numbers of
students are being successfully admitted to schools in the United States,
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore and
other in Europe through referring of IEAC.
With its long-serving experience, cordial service attitude, broadly
developed school-network, and up-to-date educational intelligence from
foreign embassies, IEAC is surely becoming a gateway for local students to
make their ‘overseas studying’ dream come true. Thousands of foreign
education institutes including junior, high schools and tertiary schools
have already authorized our centre to recruit students from Hong Kong, Macau
and the Mainland of China.
Our centre welcomes invitations form local high schools and tertiary
institutes to conducting education seminars in every year in helping
students who plan to study overseas by giving out our free and
professionally organized information.
1. Free Consulting Services
Consultation services are provided free-of-charge for giving out
professional advices on overseas studies to students, the center gives
advices of school referring, education systems and visa applying procedures
against different countries. Our consultation services aims to help students
to plan their aboard studying early against each year admission deadline.
2. On-Site interview with Foreign School Representatives
Representatives from school in overseas will pay visit to our centre
periodically, visitors to our office include students admission managers
and students registrar from overseas institutes for giving a convenient
venue to student to undertake admission interviews and asking course
questions. Such arrangements offer precious opportunities to students for
understanding the schools they might be interested at a time and cost saved
manner. Our centre is directly authorized by numbers of reputable and
well-know school institute from overseas and students are always enabled to
obtain acceptance letter directly from the schools.
3. Large and widely covered overseas network
Our Centre has already obtained direct authorization from thousands of
school institutes (including junior, senior school and tertiary college)
from overseas to recruit students in Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland of
China. Our widely covered school network includes 70% of universities and
over 500 of junior or senior boarding schools from the UK. For Canada, our
network covers over 70% of their government schools, and for Australia and
New Zealand we cover eighty percent of tertiary institutes and universities
and over 500 junior and high schools in the region.
4. Free School-Seminar
Our centre also conducts free seminars of higher learning at very regular
basis to equip students who plans to continue their higher-learning in
overseas with the latest educational information. Seminar conducted by our
centre includes introduction of government high schools, boarding schools,
Internship courses, or admission interview or enquiries taking by
universities, etc.
5. Assistance on Visa Application
Each consultant in the centre is always willing to assist students on the
application procedure of travel visas, including all the necessary steps
required for visa application, documents related and preparing works upon
interview. Our centre retains close contacting and thorough-correspondence
with foreign embassies on very regular basis, also the center participates education conferences and visa-applying training workshop on very regular
basis for ensuring the information we obtained on travel-visa or overseas
studying are updated, sufficient and accurate, because of this we are
enabled to assist students from Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland of China
to have their school placements and visas approved in the most effective
way.
6. Following Up
Our Centre will correspond to schools periodically and assign specific
personnel aboard to visit foreign schools and students. Similarly, school
representatives from overseas will also visit our office once to twice a
year at minimum for debriefing students learning progress. In case that
school assistance is needed, parents can always request such assistance
directly from the school representatives during their visits which could
save the amount of costs that takes to travel overseas for parents.
